My name is Jacob, and I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer located in Peekskill NY, specializing in core stability, weightlifting, yoga and boxing, with an in-home studio.
Customized to Your Fitness Needs and Goals
This is a team effort and I need you. No one is you- your history, your strengths or your injuries. We’ll work together to create a plan including aerobic work, resistance training, yoga or boxing that not only works for your goals but is also a fun way to sweat through an hour.
We’ll use proven scientific approaches to get you to your fitness goal, whatever it is: Flexibility, Greater Endurance, Increased Strength or good old Aesthetics.

If you’re a Westchester local, come train with me in my well-appointed home gym/Batcave.
If you’re not local, workout with me online. I’ll develop a workout plan that you feel confident in and work with you remotely to guide and motivate you throughout it.

Our first training session together is free
We’ll use it to understand your goals and needs, and get a feel for how we can work together.
$60 per Hour
Option One
We don’t have to get married right away, you can take it one session at a time. It’s your fitness session and we’ll design it for you specifically: what we work and how for your goals. One month workout plan included.
$150 for 3
Option Two
You’re committed and I can tell. Let’s be honest, big changes aren't going to come from once a week. Let’s hit it every other day with a program designed for your next three months to show you measurable, achievable growth.
$60 Online Training
Option Three
The space time continuum doesn’t always let us be together but there is a bodyweight-focused workout for every single body and through the magic of the internet, we can create a program for literally everybody. One month program included after second session.
